The Project involves the installation of a new approximately one-mile-long greenfield electrical overhead distribution line right-of-way from the existing Lock Substation located on Sanatoga Road in East Coventry Township, Chester County, PA crossing over the Schuylkill River into Lower Pottsgrove Township.
No hearing has been scheduled on this application, but one may be requested.
Comments must be submitted to DEP by April 20-- 30 days after this notice.
