The waterline will begin at the Wallis Run Fresh Water Impoundment, then follow an existing pipeline right-of-way to the Salt Run Pad A Extension.
The right-of-way will cross eight stream segments and 10 wetland areas utilizing open cut construction.
Stream segments include West Branch Wallis Run (High Quality-Exceptional Value), East Branch Wallis Run (High Quality-Exceptional Value) and Wallis Run (High Quality-Exceptional Value).
No hearing has been scheduled, but one may be requested.
Comments are due by April 27-- 30 days after this notice.
