The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the March 14 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a proposed consent order regarding the cleanup of the Landis Creek Hazardous Sites Cleanup Act site in Limerick, Upper Providence and Perkioment Townships, Montgomery County. (PA Bulletin, page 1501)
Fusco purchased the site in 1977 and operated a company that produced sheet metal products from rolled steel for household heaters until the early 1980s.
Roll Form historically used 1,1,1-tri-chloroethane and toluene as metal degreasers in the fabrication process and for paint thinning.
This Site includes the Property, as well as other residential and commercial properties impacted by groundwater contamination.
Read the entire PA Bulletin notice for instructions on how to obtain a copy of the consent order and to submit comments. (PA Bulletin, page 1501)
