RegenAll Hosts 3rd Annual Lancaster Climate Summit Nov. 8

RegenAll will host its 3rd Annual Climate Summit on November 8 at the Lancaster County Convention Center.

The Climate Summit unites individuals and organizations around the common goal of helping our community thrive in the face of climate change.

This year’s event will feature more than 12 workshops and panel discussions on topics such as climate policy, A.I., energy efficiency, rewilding, and more.

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with local nonprofits and businesses to gather resources and learn about the many pathways for getting involved in community-based climate action.

“The Climate Summit is a powerful opportunity to celebrate local climate leadership, forge new alliances, and come away motivated with practical steps to build local resilience,” said Eric Sauder, President and Founder of RegenAll.

The event will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. All are welcome.

Pre-Event Activities

New this year, RegenAll will host pre-event activities on the evening of Friday, November 7th, including a Youth Climate Art Contest and an Anti-Apocalypse Dance Party.

The Youth Climate Art Contest invites students from around the county to express their vision of a “green future” to promote creative and hopeful thinking for the next generation.

We hope that their work will inspire decision makers, lawmakers, and community members to see a better future for our shared environment.

The contest will be held from 4:00 to 7:00  p.m. at St. James Episcopal Church.

Winning art will be exhibited at the Climate Summit. The Youth Climate Art Contest is open to all.

Also on Friday evening, RegenAll will host an Anti-Apocalypse Dance Party at West Art from 8:00 to 10 p.m.

The Anti-Apocalypse Dance Party, featuring DJ Silk Noir, is intended to light up our community around collective action and inspiration.

All are invited to a night of movement, imagination, and radical hope.
