DEP Sets Dec. 2 Hearing On Revisions To Title V Air Quality Permit For The Delaware County Regional Water Quality Control Authority Wastewater Plant In Chester, Delaware County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the November 1 PA Bulletin announcing a December 2 hearing on proposed revisions to the Title V Air Quality Permit for the Delaware County Regional Water Quality Control Authority wastewater plant in Chester, Delaware County.  (PA Bulletin, page 7684) 

The hearing will be held at the Chester City Hall, One 4th Street in Chester starting at 6:00 p.m.

To register to speak at the hearing, please contact Mr. Dong Yoon Kim, Environmental Justice Coordinator, DEP Southeast Regional Coordinator, at RA-EPOEJ@pa.gov or 484-250-5852.

The last day to pre-register to speak at the hearing will be November 25, 2025.

Persons unable to attend the hearing may submit a written statement and exhibits no later than December 12, 2025
