-- Today’s Violations: DEP: Routine inspection of a Cohen IND Inc. conventional well in the  City of Erie, Erie County found the well abandoned, not plugged located in a shed in a business parking lot. Owner failed to submit production, waste, integrity reports for at least 10 years.  Read more here.
