Stormwater Permit
The proposed Individual Stormwater permit covers 621.93 acres of the project site primarily in Hazle Township for the construction of stormwater facilities related to site development.
The stormwater will impact Black Creek, Stony Creek and Exceptional Value wetlands. (PA Bulletin, page 7627)
The deadline for comments is December 1 - 30 days from the notice.
No hearing has been scheduled, but one can be requested.

Chapter 105
The proposed Chapter 105 permit is related to the Grassy Path Road portion of the project proposed stream crossings, fill in floodways and impacts to Exceptional Value wetlands located in Hazle Township. (PA Bulletin, page 7655)
