DEP To Hold Dec. 2 Hearing On Revisions To Title V Air Quality Permit For The Limerick Nuclear Power Plant, Montgomery County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the November 1 PA Bulletin announcing a December 2 hearing on proposed revisions to the Title V Air Quality Permit for the Constellation Energy Generation Co. Limerick Nuclear Power Plant in Limerick Township, Montgomery County.

The hearing will be held at the DEP Southeast Regional Office, 2 East Main Street in Norristown from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Persons wishing to present testimony at the public hearing are asked to register with Robyn Briggs, Regional Communications Manager for DEP’s Southeast Region, at robbriggs@pa.gov or 484-250-5965. 

Registration to testify will close at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.

Persons unable to attend the public hearing may submit a written statement and exhibits to DEP, in the same manner as previously specified, within 10 days after the public hearing - December 12.
