DEP To Hold Dec. 2 Hearing On Revisions To Title V Air Quality Permit For The Limerick Nuclear Power Plant, Montgomery County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the November 1 PA Bulletin announcing a December 2 hearing on proposed revisions to the Title V Air Quality Permit for the Constellation Energy Generation Co. Limerick Nuclear Power Plant in Limerick Township, Montgomery County. (PA Bulletin, page 7685) 

The hearing will be held at the DEP Southeast Regional Office, 2 East Main Street in Norristown from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Persons wishing to present testimony at the public hearing are asked to register with Robyn Briggs, Regional Communications Manager for DEP’s Southeast Region, at robbriggs@pa.gov or 484-250-5965. 

Registration to testify will close at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.

Persons unable to attend the public hearing may submit a written statement and exhibits to DEP, in the same manner as previously specified, within 10 days after the public hearing - December 12.
