DEP To Hold Dec. 2 Hearing On Revised Title V Air Quality Permit For The US Steel Fairless Steel Plant, Bucks County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the November 1 PA Bulletin announcing a December 2 hearing on a revised Title V Air Quality permit for the US Steel Fairless Steel Plant in Falls Township, Bucks County. (PA Bulletin, page 7686) 

The hearing will be held at the DEP Southeast Regional Office, 2 East Main Street in Norristown from 11:00 a.m. to Noon.

Persons wishing to present testimony at the public hearing are asked to register with Robyn Briggs, Regional Communications Manager for DEP’s Southeast Region, at robbriggs@pa.gov  or 484-250-5965.

Registration to testify will close at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.

Persons unable to attend the public hearing may submit a written statement and exhibits to DEP, in the same manner as previously specified, within 10 days after the public hearing until December 12.
