DEP Sets Dec. 1 Hearing On Revised Title V Air Quality Permit For The Monroe Energy LLC Trainer Refinery In Delaware County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the November 1 PA Bulletin announcing a December 1 hearing on a revised Title V Air Quality permit for the Monroe Energy LLC Trainer Refinery in Trainer Borough, Delaware County.

The hearing will be held at the Trainer Borough Municipal Building, 4300 Township Line Road, Trainer starting at 6:00 p.m.

To register to speak at the hearing, please contact Mr. Dong Yoon Kim, Environmental Justice Coordinator, DEP Southeast Regional Coordinator, at RA-EPOEJ@pa.gov or 484-250-5852.

The last day to pre-register to speak at the hearing will be November 24, 2025.

Persons unable to attend the hearing may submit a written statement and exhibits no later than December 11, 2025,
