DEP Sets Dec. 17 Hearing On Air Quality Permit For Ecopax LLC Facility In Forks Twp., Northampton County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the October 25 PA Bulletin announcing a December 17 hearing on Air Quality Permit and State Implementation Plan Approve for the Ecopax, LLC facility in Forks Township, Northampton County.  (PA Bulletin, page 7431)

The hearing will be held at the DEP Northeast Regional Office, 2 Public Square in Wilkes-Barre starting at 10:00 a.m.

Speakers must pre-register in order to testify at the hearing. The last day to pre-register to speak at the hearing will be the Friday before the hearing.
