Indiana County Conservation District Issues 2 PAG-02 Stormwater General Permits For Homer City A.I. Data Center/Power Plant Complex In Indiana County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the September 26 PA Bulletin announcing the Indiana County Conservation District issued two PAG-02 Stormwater General Permits (PAC320065 and PAC320066) to Homer City Generation LP for the A.I. Data Center/Power Plant Complex in Center and Blacklick Twps., Indiana County. (PA Bulletin, page 6423)

Questions about these permits should be directed to the Indiana County Conservation District at 724-471-4751. 

Anyone aggrieved by this action has 30 days from this notice to file an appeal with the Environmental Hearing Board.
