The application is for a renewal of an NPDES permit for existing discharges of treated industrial waste and storm water, non-contact cooling water, groundwater, and untreated stormwater and new discharges of non-contact cooling water, untreated storm water, and treated industrial waste and stormwater.
The discharges will impact the Ohio River, Rag Run, Poorhouse Run and Raccoon Creek.
No hearing has been scheduled, but one may be requested.
Comments are due October 12-- 30 days from this notice.
