DEP Invites Comments On Chapter 105 Permit For Expand Operating LLC Double, 16-Inch Aboveground Shale Gas Water Pipelines In Sullivan County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the September 12 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a Chapter 105 permit for Expand Operating LLC double, 16-inch HDPE aboveground shale gas water pipelines in Elkland and Fox Townships, Sullivan County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6078)

The project will impact Porter Creek (Exceptional Value), Hoagland Branch (Exceptional Value) and Exceptional Value wetlands in multiple areas.

No hearing is scheduled, but one can be requested.

Comments are due October 12-- 30 days from this notice.
