DEP, PHFA Host Sept. 24 Webinar On New Homeowner Energy Efficiency Loan Program To Reduce Your Energy Costs

The Department of Environmental Protection and the PA Housing Finance Agency will host a September 24 webinar on the new Homeowners Energy Efficiency Loan Program offering qualified homeowners 1% loans to reduce their energy costs.

Under the program loans of between $1,000 and $10,000 are available for specific energy efficiency repairs--

-- Air sealing, insulation and ductwork

-- Energy efficient windows and doors

-- Energy efficient heating or cooling system repairs or replacements 

-- Roof replacements

To qualify, homeowners must meet certain income limits.
