The Association represents over 700 municipal authorities across the Commonwealth providing drinking water, wastewater treatment, waste management, and other community projects and services to more than six million Pennsylvania citizens.
Authority leaders and industry professionals will be sharing the latest in operational practices, management, and technologies while demonstrating the value of community owned infrastructure and services.
PMAA Executive Director, Douglas E. Bilheimer said-- “For over 80 years, authority services have been the core of our communities’ health, vitality, and economic growth.”

The Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association assists municipal authorities in providing services including drinking water, wastewater treatment, and solid waste management that protect and enhance the environment and promote the economic vitality and general welfare of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and its citizens.
