Daylighting would protect the pipelines from Consol mining of longwall panels M2 and M3.

The Project, as proposed, includes excavating, elevating, and replacing approximately 4.4 miles of four pipelines: Line 10 and Line 15 (both 30-inch diameter), and Line 25 and Line 30 (both 36-inch diameter), as well as removal of approximately 1.0 mile of a previously abandoned-in-place Line 1 (24-inch diameter), upgrades to M&R site along Pettit Road, and a valve replacement along Browns Creek Road, to protect and maintain the transport of natural gas from west of Shelleby Road to west of Claylick Road.
The project will impact Jacobs Run (High Quality), Whitethorn Run and Brown’s Creek (High Quality) and several floodway and wetland areas.
No hearing has been scheduled, but one may be requested.
Comments are due October 12-- 30 days from this notice.
