DEP Invites Comments On Permit For PPL Electric Juni-Bern Laydown Yard In Carroll Twp., Perry County To Serve Construction Of Utility Upgrades

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the June 27 PA Bulletin inviting comments on an Individual Stormwater Permit for the PPL Electric Juni-Bern Laydown Yard in Carroll Township, Perry County to serve construction of utility upgrades.  (PA Bulletin, page 3753)

The project would disturb about 7.5 acres.

DEP is accepting comments until July 27-- 30 days after this notice.

Comments should be directed to DEP Southcentral Regional Office, 909 Elmerton Ave., Harrisburg, PA 17110 or by email to: RA-EPWW-SCRO@pa.gov. 

Requests to review the permit application in-person should be sent to the File Review Coordinator at 717-705-4732 or by email to: RA-EPWW-SCRO@pa.gov.
