The project will impact Dry Run, Lanning Creek, Pond Hill Run, Wysox Creek, unnamed tributaries to the Susquehanna River and various wetlands and floodways.
Questions about the permit should be directed to DEP’s Eastern District Oil and Gas Management Program Office in Williamsport by calling (570) 321-6550 or sending email to: RA-EPEASTERNOGPRG@pa.gov.
Parties aggrieved by this decision have 30 days from the date of this notice-- August 17-- to appeal this action to the Environmental Hearing Board.
