DEP Invites Comments On Chapter 102 Permit For Unknown CNX Gas Company Project In Salem Twp., Westmoreland County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the August 29 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a Chapter 102 permit for an unknown CNX Gas Company, LLC project in Salem Township, Westmoreland County.  (PA Bulletin, page 5789)

The application number is ESP07652600100E for a project that will impact Beaver Run (High Quality) and Porters Run (High Quality).

No hearing is scheduled, but one can be requested.

Comments are due September 28-- 30 days from this notice.
