The Roots, Branches & Hands Initiative will work in rural, urban, and suburban communities over a three year period alongside many partners to--
-- Plant 55,000 native trees in environmentally-impacted communities
-- Fund 5-10 community tree canopy projects
-- Train 25 community leaders
-- Publish a curriculum and host workshops across the state
-- Build and support regional and multifaith tree coalitions
Input Invited
The group is looking for community input as we seek to grow this program in ways that support tree distribution and project implementation.
Whether you are in an identified priority region or want to bring this program to your neighborhood to distribute free native trees, fill out this form to get a conversation started!
