The hearing will be held at DEP’s Southwest Regional Office, 400 Waterfront Driver in Pittsburgh from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
To register to speak at a hearing, or to inquire if a hearing will be held, please contact Thomas Joseph, Environmental Engineering Manager, at 412-442-4336 or email: tjoseph@pa.gov.
The last day to pre-register to speak at the hearing will be March 24, 2026. If we do not receive any pre-registered speakers by this date, the hearing will be canceled.
Persons unable to attend the hearing, if it is held, may submit a copy of a written statement and exhibits within 10 days thereafter to Thomas Joseph, Environmental Engineering Manager, Department of Environmental Protection, Southwest Regional Office, 400 Waterfront Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 or email: tjoseph@pa.gov.
All pertinent documents are available for public review between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at DEP's Southwest Regional Office, 400 Waterfront Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
