The DEP Citizens Advisory Council is scheduled to meet February 10 to hear an update from the Senate and House environmental committees and on combined sewer overflows in Philadelphia.
DEP Secretary Jessica Shirley is also scheduled to provide an update on agency activities to Council.
Evan Franzese-Peterson, Executive Director (D) of the House Environmental and Natural Resource Protection Committee, and Matt Osenback (R), Executive Director of the Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committee will provide the updates.
David Masur, Executive Director of PennEnvironment, and John Rumpler, Clean Water Director of Environment America will provide an update on combined sewer overflows in Philadelphia.
