The pipelines include approximately 1,360 feet of the 26-inch Columbia 1758 natural gas pipeline and 1,425 feet of the 36-inch Gibraltar natural gas pipeline from undermining by the Tunnel Ridge Panel 29 coal mine.
Comments will be accepted until March 9-- 30 days from this notice.
