-- DEP published notice in the April 11 PA Bulletin announcing a May 12 hearing on the Individual NPDES Stormwater Permit for the 5.8 mile HCPP 30-Inch Natural Gas Pipeline serving the 4.5 GW Homer City A.I. -- Expand Operating LLC - Porter WYO Shale Gas Well Pad: DEP approved a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with production wastewater to meet Statewide Health Standards at the pad located in North Branch Twp., Wyoming County.   (PA Bulletin, page 2055)

2026 Act 2 Oil & Gas Facility Pollution Cleanups

So far in 2026, DEP received or acted on 50 Act 2 Land Recycling notices related to oil and gas facility site cleanups.
