DEP Invites Comments On Air Permit For Amazon Data Services To Add 280 Natural-Gas Fired Generators To A.I. Data Center Project In Falls Twp., Bucks County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the April 25 PA Bulletin inviting comments on an Air Quality Plan Approval to add 3 diesel generators and related storage tanks and 280 natural gas-fired backup generators to an A.I. data center project in Falls Twp., Bucks County. (

No hearing has been scheduled on this permit, but one can be requested.

DEP will accept comments until May 25-- 30 days after this notice.

Requests to review the permit application should be sent to the DEP Southeast Regional Office Air Quality Program, 2 East Main Street, Norristown 19401 or call 484-250-5900.
