-- DEP published notice in the April 18 PA Bulletin inviting comments on the renewal of  an NPDES wastewater permit for the Constellation Energy Generation LLC Three Mile Island Nuclear Power Plant Unit 1 in Dauphin County.  (PA Bulletin, page 2131Read more here.

-- DEP published notice in the April 18 PA Bulletin announcing it has issued a second GP-11 Air Quality General Permit to Kiewit Power Constructors to construct and operate diesel-fired nonroad engines at the Homer City A.I. Data Center Campus in Center Township, Indiana County. (PA Bulletin, page 2176)   This permit is GP11-32-00461B. The first GP-11-- GP11-32-00461A-- was issued on January 3, 2026. -- DEP published notice in the April 18 PA Bulletin announcing the rescission of the Standards and Guidelines for Identifying, Tracking and Resolving Oil and Gas Violations technical guidance.  The guidance has been replaced with a Standard Operating Procedure with the same name and posted on DEP’s website.


-- DEP published notice in the March 28 PA Bulletin announcing the rescission of a technical guidance document Civil Penalty Assessments in the Oil and Gas Management Program. The guidance has been replaced with separate Civil Penalty Assessment Standard Operating Procedures for conventional oil and gas well owners and shale gas well owners that have now been posted on DEP’s website.


-- DCNR published notice in the April 18 PA Bulletin announcing a change in State Forest fees for rustic organized group tenting.

April 21-- CANCELED. DEP Laboratory Accreditation Advisory Committee meeting. The next scheduled meeting is October 20. (formal notice)

-- Bear Peak Jennerstown - Stoystown Solar Energy Facility: DEP invites comments on an Individual Stormwater Permit for a 16.78 acre solar energy facility impacting Beaver Dam Creek, Stoughton Lake and Beaverdam Creek located in Jennerstown Boro, Somerset County.  (PA Bulletin, page 2142)

-- Pioneer Crossing Landfill: DEP invites comments on a proposed Title V Air Quality Permit covering a 41.15 acre expansion of the landfill located in Exeter Twp., Berks County.  (PA Bulletin, page 2149)

-- Western Berks Landfill Acquisition Co., LLC: DEP renewed a Title V Air Quality Permit for the facility located in Cumru Twp., Berks County. (PA Bulletin, page 2178)
