The streams are located in Bedford, Blair, Centre, Clearfield, Crawford, Franklin, Indiana, Juniata, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Luzerne, Mifflin, Montgomery, Montour, Northumberland, Somerset, Tioga, Venango, Westmoreland counties.
Technical data must be submitted by May 11.
