The proposed three mile long 12-inch pipeline would run between the Hemlock shale gas well pad and a proposed Vista Pipeline in support of Williams’ pipeline operations in McNett Township, Lycoming County. (PA Bulletin, page 251)
The project involves two permanent stream crossings, two temporary stream crossings, seven permanent wetland crossings and nine temporary wetland crossings.
Bradford County
The second project is a 10-inch gathering pipeline of unknown length being developed to support shale gas development in Wilmot Township, Bradford County. (PA Bulletin, page 252)
