-- PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices, Opportunities To Comment - January 31 [PaEN]


-- The Governor’s Office published its latest agency-by-agency Regulatory Agenda in the January 31 PA Bulletin showing the status of regulations in development and an approximate schedule for consideration, including updates to regulations covering conventional oil and gas well operations, new injection well controls and an update to shale gas permit application fees.  Read more here.   


-- Homer City Generation, LP - Coal Mining On Data Center Site: DEP invites comments on the renewal of an NPDES Water Quality Permit for mining coal on the 389.4 acre site in Center Twp., Indiana County (PA Bulletin, page 648)


-- Iron City Wells, LLC - Iron City No. 1 A.I. Data Center Facility: DEP issues an Air Quality Plan Approval to construct 15 natural gas-fired electric generation units at the facility located in Karthaus Twp., Clearfield County. (PA Bulletin, page 671) Read more here.

-- Stoneybrook Solar, LLC - 137.47 Acre 20 MW Solar Energy Facility: DEP invites comments on an Individual Stormwater Permit for the project impacting Fishing Creek and Stoney Brook (Exceptional Value) located in Orange Twp., Columbia County. (PA Bulletin, page 635)

-- Constellation Energy Generation, LLC - Drinking Water Plant Upgrades At Three Mile Island Nuclear Power Plant: DEP invites comments on a Safe Drinking Water Permit Amendment covering PFOA/PFOS removal and other changes located in Londonderry Twp., Dauphin County. (PA Bulletin, page 637)

-- LMR Acquisition Company, LLC - Little Blue Run Coal Waste Disposal Impoundment Bond Reduction: DEP invites comments on a request to reduce closure bond by $17,899,167 to account for the closure of 759 of the 914 acre site located in Greene Twp., Beaver County. Comments due within 60 days of this notice  (PA Bulletin, page 639)

-- PECO Energy Company - Transmission Line Replacement: DEP issued a Chapter 105 permit for a transmission line replacement project between the Flint and Plymouth Meeting substations in Upper Merion and Plymouth Townships, Montgomery County.  (PA Bulletin, page 676)
