PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices, Opportunities To Comment - January 24

The following notices were published in the January 24 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

-- DEP published notice in the January 24 PA Bulletin announcing it has approved an Air Quality Plan Approval covering the installation of 48 - 2.75 MW diesel-fired emergency generators and four 750 kW generators and one 250 kW generator at the Amazon Data Center in Salem Township, Luzerne County.  (PA Bulletin, page 544).  Read more here.

-- INR Midstream LLC - South Bend Compressor Station: DEP issued a GP-5 Air Quality General Permit to the facility located in South Bend Twp., Armstrong County.  (PA Bulletin, page 544)

-- Energy Transfer Marketing & Terminals, LP - 2 New Storage Tanks At Delmont Terminal: DEP issued a GP-2 Air Quality General Permit for the facility located in Salem Twp., Westmoreland County. (PA Bulletin, page 544)

-- Sunoco Midstream LLC - Storage Terminal Changes: DEP issued an Air Quality Plan Approval for changes to the storage terminal in Pittston Twp., Luzerne County. (PA Bulletin, page 544)

-- Amazon Data Services, Inc. - Data Center Project: DEP issued an Air Quality Plan Approval for the installation of 53 diesel-fired emergency generators at the data center site in Salem Twp., Luzerne County.  (PA Bulletin, page 544)  Read more here.

-- Eastern Gas Transmission & Storage, Inc. - Luther Compressor Station: DEP issued a renewal of a Title V Air Quality Permit for the facility located in Brady Twp., Clearfield County.  (PA Bulletin, page 545)
