“The project will result in 250 lineal feet of stream impacts, 364 square feet of floodway only impacts, 31,494 square feet (0.72 acre) of palustrine emergent (PEM) wetlands impacts, and 1,594 square feet (0.04 acre) of palustrine scrub-shrub (PSS) wetlands impacts to provide safe reliable development of Marcellus Shale Natural Gas.”
The project will impact Dority Creek, Nick Creek and Riley Creek.
Appeals of this action to the Environmental Hearing Board must be filed within 30 days of the publication of this notice.
