DEP Accepting Comments On Tentative Denial Of A Stormwater Permit For Stoneybrook Solar, LLC 20 MW Solar Energy Facility In Orange Twp., Columbia County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the May 16 PA Bulletin announcing it is accepting comments on a tentative denial of an Individual Stormwater Permit for the Stoneybrook Solar, LLC 20 MW Solar Energy Facility in Orange Township, Columbia County. (
PA Bulletin, page 2930)  

The proposed 137.37 acre project would impact Stoney Brook (Exceptional Value) and Fishing Creek.

Comments are due June 15-- 30 days from this notice.

Comments should be sent to DEP Northcentral Regional Office, Waterways & Wetlands Program, 208 W. Third St., Williamsport, PA 17701.

Requests to review the permit file should be made to the DEP Northcentral Regional Office by calling 570-327-3574.
