The revisions include Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) 3 requirements.
The hearing will be held September 16 at the DEP Northeast Regional Office, 2 Public Square in Wilkes-Barre, PA starting at 10:00 a.m.
To register to speak at the hearing, please contact Mark Wejkszner, Air Quality Program Manager, by calling 570-826-2511 or send email to: mwejkszner@pa.gov.
Speakers must pre-register in order to testify at the hearing. The last day to pre-register to speak at the hearing will be the Friday before the hearing.
Comments are due August 31-- 30 days after this notice.
However, persons unable to attend the hearing may submit a written statement and exhibits within 10 days after the hearing-- September 26.
