DEP Invites Comments On Chapter 105 Permit For Appalachia Midstream Services Natural Gas Pipeline In Elkland Twp., Sullivan County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the July 25 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a Chapter 105 permit application submitted by Appalachia Midstream Services, LLC for a 10-inch natural gas pipeline in Elkland Township, Sullivan County. (
PA Bulletin, page 4422)

The project will impact Elk Creek (Exceptional Value) and several wetland areas.

No hearing has been scheduled, but on can be requested.

Comments are due by August 24-- 30 days from this notice.
