The project involves 3.01 acres of disturbed earth covering the upgrade of wiring at the existing substation and the addition of two new 230 kV transmission line structures within the existing right-of-way.
No hearing has been scheduled, but one can be requested.
Comments are due August 24-- 30 days from this notice.
