The program will feature guest presenter Dr. Lauren Minsky, creator of the People's Cancer Incidence Screening Tool that calculates average annual cancer incidence rates for Pennsylvania's cities, towns and boroughs from 2002 to 2021.
Residents will leave this presentation with an overview of fracking operations in southwestern Pennsylvania, knowledge of commonly seen health effects around fracking operations, and be familiarized with resources like the cancer screening tool.
