DEP To Hold Nov. 18 Hearing On RACT III Title V Air Quality Permit For Lehigh Heavy Forge Corp In Bethlehem, Northampton County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the October 10 PA Bulletin inviting comments and announcing a November 18 hearing on a RACT III Title V Air Quality Permit for Lehigh Heavy Forge Corp. in Bethlehem, Northampton County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6712)

The hearing will be held at the DEP Northeast Regional Office, 2 Public Square, Wilkes-Barre beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Comments are due on November 29-- 30 days after this notice.

Persons unable to attend the hearing may submit a written statement and exhibits within 10 days after the hearing.
