DEP Received A Waste Permit Renewal From Shawville Power LLC For Its Coal Combustion Residuals Facility In Clearfield County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the October 10 PA Bulletin announcing it has received a Waste Permit renewal application from Shawville Power LLC for its coal combustion residuals facility in Bradford Township, Clearfield County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6739)

Comments are due by November 9-- 30 days from this notice.

Comments should be sent to DEP Northcentral Regional Office Waste Management Program, 208 W. 3rd Street, Williamsport, PA 17701.

Requests to review the permit application should be made to Chad Glunt, Project Manager, by calling 570-327-3717 or 570-327-3636.
