DEP Invites Comments On An Air Quality Permit For Landfill Gas Collection, Treatment System At The Blythe Recycling And Demolition Site In Schuylkill County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the October 10 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a new State-Only Air Quality Permit for the landfill gas collection and treatment system and flare at the Blythe Recycling And Demolition Site in Blythe Township, Schuylkill County.  (

No hearing has been scheduled, but one may be requested.
Comments are due November 9-- 30 days after this notice.
Comments should be sent to the DEP Northeast Region Air Quality Program, 2 Public Square, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701.
Requests to review a copy of the application should be directed to Norman Frederick, Facility Permitting Chief, 570-826-2409.
