-- To construct and maintain two 3-foot by 4-foot fiber-optic concrete duct bank utility lines across an unnamed tributary to Walker Run
-- To construct and maintain two 5.2 foot by 2-foot medium voltage line bank utility lines across an unnamed tributary to Walker Run
-- To construct and maintain a 3-inch sanitary utility line across an unnamed tributary to Walker Run
-- To construct and maintain a 6-inch industrial waste utility line across an unnamed tributary to Walker Run
-- To construct and maintain an 8-inch domestic water utility line across an unnamed tributary to Walker Run
-- To construct and maintain two 10-inch industrial water utility lines across an unnamed tributary to Walker Run
-- To construct and maintain a 16-inch fire water utility line across an unnamed tributary to Walker Run
-- To construct and maintain aerial electric utility lines crossing PFO wetlands
And other changes.
No hearing has been scheduled, but one may be requested.
