The manufacturers include Shell Chemical Appalachia in Beaver County, Rohm & Haas Co. in Bucks County and Multi Plastics Extrusions in Luzerne County.
DEP has scheduled three hearings on the plans--
-- November 4: DEP Southwest Regional Office, Pittsburgh 10:00 a.m. to Noon
-- November 5: DEP Northeast Regional Office, Wilkes-Barre, Noon to 2:00 p.m.
-- November 5: DEP Southeast Regional Office, Norristown, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
