Bristol Township Environmental Advisory Committee In Bucks County Announces New Award To Recognize Student Environmental Excellence

The
Bristol Township Environmental Advisory Committee, working with staff liaison and Parks & Recreation Director Jessica Ireland, are proud to announce the creation of the Bristol Township Student Environmental Excellence Award. 

This award will recognize high school and college students from Bristol Township who display an extraordinary commitment to environmental conservation and stewardship.

The award will be open on a rolling basis to students in good academic standing. 

“Our hope for this program is to encourage passion for the environment, and to help the students that are granted this award further their professional development,” says EAC Chairman Kody Brittingham.

Award winners will be issued a certificate from the Township, as well as a digital badge for their social media profiles. Their work will also be shared online on the EAC social media platforms.
