-- The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice in the July 19 PA Bulletin announcing it will hold a hearing July 31 on requests to withdraw water for free, including 11 for shale gas development and two for natural gas power plants. The natural gas water withdrawals are in Bradford, Lycoming, Tioga, Wyoming and York counties. The hearing will be held in the 6th Floor Conference Room of the Rachel Carson Building in Harrisburg starting at 10:00 a.m.
-- The Department of Community & Economic Development published notice in the July 19 PA Bulletin announcing a proposed change in federal funding awarded by HUD related to Hurricane Ida disaster relief in Delaware and Montgomery counties. A hearing is set for July 29. Comments are due by August 19.
