-- BVPV Styrenics LLC - Monaca Plant: DEP revoked the Air Quality Permit for this facility following a termination request by the company for this closed plant located in Monaca, Beaver County. (PA Bulletin, page 5621)

-- Vato Solar LLC - 3 MW Solar Energy Facility: DEP issued a Chapter 105 permit for a solar energy facility in the Mill Creek Watershed located in Springfield Twp., Bradford County. Persons aggrieved by this decision have 30 days from this notice to file an appeal with the Environmental Hearing Board.  (PA Bulletin, page 5621)
