DEP Invites Comments On Air Permit For Montour CT Natural Gas Power Plant Expansion In Montour County To Feed Data Centers

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the August 22 PA Bulletin inviting comments on an Air Quality Plan Approval application to add two 655 MW turbine generation units to the
Talen Energy Montour Natural Gas Power Plant in Derry Township, Montour County to feed A.I. data centers.  (PA Bulletin, page 5593)

No hearing has been scheduled on this application, but one may be requested.

Comments are due September 21-- 30 days from this notice.

Comments should be sent to DEP Northcentral Regional Office, Air Quality Program 208 W. 3rd Street, Suite 101, Williamsport, PA 17701.
