PUC Sets Aug. 19 Telephonic Prehearing On The Transource 230 kV Transmission Line In Franklin County Connecting To A Maryland Substation

The Public Utility Commission published two notices in the June 13 PA Bulletin announcing an August 19 telephonic prehearing on the proposed Transcource Pennsylvania LLC 230kV transmission line in Franklin County connecting a substation in Shippensburg with another substation in Smithsburg, Maryland.  

This is a full proceeding of the PUC presided over by Administrative Law Judge Steven K. Haas and Administrative Law Judge Emily A. Farren.
