At the Stepping Stones Program, fly fishing serves as a recreational pathway to and through the Wildlife Leadership Academy.
Fly fishing is used as a springboard to learn about fisheries biology, conservation, and leadership skills development.
After completing the program, students are official Conservation Advocates and continue their involvement through community outreach projects.
