NOAA Just Reported Pennsylvania Had The Wettest 48-Month Period On Record - Since 1895
NOAA just reported the Pennsylvania precipitation totals ending in June 2019, noting the previous 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 18, 24, 36, and 48-month periods were the wettest ever recorded in Pennsylvania (records go back to 1895).
