Environmental Health Project, Partners Host Sept. 25 Webinar On Health Professionals Toolkit For Protecting Patients From Medical Conditions Related To Oil & Gas Development [PA Medical Society Learning Center Course Available]

The Environmental Health Project, Cancer & Environmental Network of Southwestern PA and Cancer Bridges will host a webinar September 25 providing an overview of EHP's Health Professionals Toolkit for identifying medical conditions related to oil and gas development 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

Although most environmental diseases either manifest as common medical problems or have nonspecific symptoms, environmental factors may not enter into a health professional’s diagnosis.

This toolkit provides health professionals with up-to-date information and research about the impact of shale gas development on patient and client health.

PA Medical Society Learning Center

After the overview, EHP staff will guide attendees to where they can complete the full online toolkit via the PA Medical Society PAMED Learning Center and receive a Continuing Medical Education (CME) or Continuing Education (CE) certificate.
